Welcome to Del Sol Wilderness Adventures, formerly Millar Pack Station. With our crew fully assembled, our first season under our belt, we are excited to get rolling for 2008. We just completed our first pack season under our new name and new ownership, and we are proud to say that we had a very successful summer pack season, and an awesome bow and rifle hunting season for deer, elk and bear.
Barry Cox heads up the Del Sol Wilderness Adventures Outfit, bringing nearly 30 years of horseback and guiding experience to the table. Barry purchased Millar Pack Station from Ed and Sophia Millar back in the spring of 2007. Barry has guided and packed for the Millars for many years. So the name maybe different, the owner maybe different, but the primary, "boots on the ground" players are the same. Offering the same professional service that you were accustom to under Millar Pack Station.
Del Sol Wilderness Adventures offers a variety of services including horseback summer pack trips in the beautiful Eagle Cap and Hells Canyon Wilderness, bow and rifle drop hunts, supplied hunts and fully guided hunts in the Minam and Snake River units. And new for 2008, a Paddles and Saddles trip on the Snake River. 3 days of whitewater rafting followed by 3 days of horseback riding.
